DEEP SUMMER
Eg

Much surpised glee at coming home to see that my boyfriend had netflixed THE FOUNTAIN (see previous blog)-- just another indication that this past weekend was the deepest EVER! Bid farewell to the EG boys and the Connecticut woods yesterday, then a train back to the city (caught sight of my very first sewer BADGER) to play a Sunday afternoon Larune show with Margot Bianca and Chris Leo ... Margot was toto British Isles, and Chris Leo has never been better at doing what he does best. Here are some pictures! Afterward, a jolly moderately-intook-substance-induced trip around the block to see the stunning Suzan Hurtuk-- and that gal’s got a VOICE, no doubt! So now, a couple weeks of semi-down-time as EG plays a DC show and then gears up for our face-rocking Fall Tour-- woo hoo!
AND OH! Check out the recording I did this past June with members of my band Larune at The Echo Sessions—you can download 3 FREE TRACKS, and if you likey, then buy the rest of the session, which includes 5 Larune tracks plus 5 tracks by Finian McKean!
