Serena Jean is proud to be an original member of NYC’s Honky Tonk Happy Hour, a collective of freedom-fighting artists sharing a common penchant for songs about gamblers, gypsies, and whisky. Since making music with the HTHH was like swimming in a big punch bowl full of love, it was the ideal place for Serena Jean to cultivate her sound.

Keeping it simple and true, Serena Jean combines elements of country, blues and rock ‘n roll to deliver her heartfelt songs. With each live show, she has been adding more layers to her sonic offering as she strives to find that perfect balance of sloppy and slick.

Inspired by the honesty of Bonnie Raitt, the mystery of Stevie Nicks, and the debauchery of the world around her, Serena Jean is a voice for all the late night foot-stompin’-double-clappin’-table-drummin’-leg-kickin’ ladies and gents out there.
